kolač od bundeve i rogača

što/
1 čaša badema
1 čaša heljde
1/2 čaše suhih datulja
1/2 čaše rogača u prahu
1 čajna žlica kakaa u prahu
oko 200-250 grama bundeve
1 manja mrkva
1 zrela banana
1/2 čaše grožđica
sok 1/3 limuna

kako/
Grožđice namočiti 2 sata u malo vode da nabubre i omekšaju.
Bademe i heljdu namočiti 8 sati, procijediti i isprati. Staviti ih u blender zajedno s datuljama, rogačem i kakaom. Samljeti do željene teksture, rasporediti na tanjur i staviti u frižider ili zamrzivač.
Naribati bundevu i mrkvu; čvrsto stisnuti rukama kako bi izašlo što više tekućine i popiti taj sok (jako fino!). Naribanu i ocijeđenu bundevu i mrkvu staviti u blender, dodati narezanu bananu, limunov sok i namočene grožđice. Dobro izmiksati i rasporediti ravnomjerno po prvom sloju. Staviti kolač u zamrzivač na 30-45 minuta prije rezanja.

1 cup almonds
1 cup buckwheat
1/2 cup dried dates
1/2 cup ground carob
1 tsp cacao powder
around 200-250 grams of pumpkin
1 smaller carrot
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup raisins
juice of 1/3 lemon

how/
Soak the raisins for 2 hours in a little bit of water.
Soak the almonds and the buckwheat for 8 hours, strain and rinse. Put them in a blender with the dates, carob and cacao. Mix until a desired texture is achieved. Put the mixture on a big plate, distribute evenly and place in a fridge or a freezer.
Grate the pumpkin and the carrot; strain and drink the delicious juice. Put the grated and strained pumpkin and carrot, sliced banana, soaked raisins and lemon juice in the blender and mix well. Cover the first layer with this mixture and let the cake sit in the freezer for 30-45 minutes before cutting it.
