pita od jabuke

što/
1 čaša {lješnjaka + oraha + badema}
1/2 čaše heljde
1-2 čajne žlice rogača u prahu
1/2 - 1 čaša suhih smokava
1/2 - 2/3 čaše grožđica
2 velike jabuke ili 3 manje
1 mrkva
1/2 čajne žlice cimeta

kako/
Namočene (ovako) i ocijeđene orašaste plodove i heljdu stavite u blender, dodajte rogač i suhe smokve i izmiksajte u homogenu smjesu. Raširite smjesu na pladanj i stavite u hladnjak ili zamrzivač.
Jabuke i mrkvu operite i naribajte, zatim dobro stisnite rukama kako biste iscijedili što više soka iz njih. Sok vam ne treba za kolač - popijte ga odmah jer tako je najbolji, ili ako baš morate, spremite ga u frižider. Stavite naribane i iscijeđene jabuke i mrkvu i blender, dodajte grožđice i cimet i miksajte dok smjesa ne postane više-manje glatka. Rasporedite smjesu po donjem sloju i stavite kolač na 30-45 minuta u frizer kako bi se mogao lakše rezati.

what/
1 cup {hazelnuts + walnuts + almonds}
1/2 cup buckwheat
1-2 teaspoons powdered carob
1/2 - 1 cup dried figs
1/2 - 2/3 cup raisins
2 big apples or 3 smaller ones
1 carrot
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

how/
Soak the nuts and the buckwheat (like this) and put them in a blender with dried figs and carob. Mix in a homogeneous paste and spread on a plate. Put in a fridge or freezer.
Grate the apples and the carrot, then press them with your hands to strain all the liquid you can from them. You will not need this juice for the cake, but it is delicious and healthy so drink it right away while it's still fresh (or if you really have to, store it in the fridge). Put the grated and strained apples and carrot in the blender together with the raisins and cinnamon and blend until it is more or less smooth.
Spread evenly on top of the first layer and place the cake in a freezer for 30-45 minutes before cutting.
