Namočite sjemenke 8 sati i ocijedite vodu. Celer naribajte a češnjak narežite na sitne komadiće (ako imate jači blender, ne morate ribati niti rezati na sitno). Dodajte sjemenke, limunov sok, papar i sol i sve zajedno izmiksajte u homogenu smjesu. Ja sam koristila štapni mikser.

2 big garlic cloves
1 smaller celery root
juice of 1/3 - 1/2 lemon
pinch of himalayan salt
pinch of ground black pepper
how/
Soak the seeds for 8 hours and rinse them a bit. Grate the celery and chop the garlic (if you have a good blender you can skip the grating/chopping). Add the seeds, lemon juice, pepper and salt and mix it all well (I used a stick blender).

Here's an idea how to serve it: wrap it in a lettuce leaf with some sprouts, tomatoes, or any other seasonal vegetables and enjoy!
