sok, baš sok

Ako ponekad poželite baš sok a ne smoothie, nemate sokovnik nego samo blesavi stari blender, ima rješenja - stavite voće i povrće u blender, dodajte malo vode (koliko mu je potrebno da normalno radi) i dobro izmiksajte (minutu, možda čak dvije). Zatim dobro procijedite kroz platnenu vrećicu ili gazu, pulpu bacite u kompost i ostao vam je čisti sok. Sokovi bez pulpe su dobri kao izvor nutrijenata za koje tijelo ne treba potošiti puno energije na probavu. Idealno ih je raditi u sokovniku koji radi na principu hladnog tiješnjenja, ali ni ova okolna snalaženja nisu za bacit.

1/ naranče + limun + zelena salata + komorač + svježa menta

2/ jabuke + ananas + lišće korabe + đumbir

3/ grejp + jabuke + mrkva + korijen cikle

If you don't have a juicer and you really want a clear juice without pulp, your stupid old blender can do the job: blend the desired fruits/veggies with just a bit of water and then strain it well through a thick cotton bag or cheesecloth. Discard the pulp, preferably into the compost, and you are left with pure juice. Juices without pulp are good source of nutrients that don't require body to spend a lot of energy for digestion. It is perfect to make them in a cold-press juicer, but in lack of such machine you can find another way, such as this one...it will serve.

2/ apples + pineapple + kohlrabi leaves + ginger

3/ grapefruit + apples + carrot + beetroot
