krem juha od graška i shiitaka

{za 2 osobe}

što/
200 g mladog graška
80 g shiitake gljiva
pola malog poriluka ili 1 mladi luk
2-3 polovice sušene rajčice
šaka oraha (po mogućnosti namočenih)
malo himalajske soli ili soja sosa
2 čajne žlice suhog delikatesnog kvasca (opcija)
400-500 mL vode

kako/
U blenderu izmiksajte oko 70 g mladog graška, orahe, sušene rajčice, himalajsku sol, suhi kvasac i oko 100-150 mL vode.

i još/
Inače radim obroke sa što manje sastojaka, ali ponekad mi baš paše neka raskošna polukuhana juha... + ako radite ručak za sebe i nekoga tko je na kuhanoj hrani, ovo je super kompromis :o}

[ENGLISH]

green peas and shiitake cream soup

{for 2 people}

what/
200 g young peas
80 g shiitake mushrooms
1/2 small leek or 1 green onion
2-3 sun-dried tomato halves
1 handful of walnuts (preferably soaked)
a pinch of himalayan salt or some soy sauce
2 tsp dried nutritional yeast (optional)
400-500 mL water

how/
Blend 70 g young peas, walnuts, dried tomatoes, himalayan salt and nutritional yeast in a blender with 100-150 mL water.
Cut the leek or green onion in small pieces and put in a pot with 300 mL water. Bring to boil and turn off the heat. You can cover the pot and wait for half a minute or so, just so it slightly cools down. Then add sliced shiitake mushrooms and green peas inside, together with mixture from the blender, and stir it all well.

also/
I also had some frozen okras from last summer so I added them as well - half in the blender (which is cool because they make the soup a bit slimy and really nice texture) and half in the hot water together with mushrooms and peas.
I usually make meals from as little ingredients as possible, but it is completely OK to enjoy a rich hot soup like this one from time to time. Also, it is a perfect meal to share with a person who usually eats cooked food - you will both be satisfied :o}
