moćna čokodatulja


Prijatelji su mi donijeli iz Indonezije najbolji sirovi kakao prah koji sam ikad probala pa sad malo guštam u slatkišima s kakaom...

što/
3-5 debelih datulja
2 dL vode
1 jušna žlica kakao praha
1 čajna žlica maca praha
mlijeko indijskih oraščića (ja sam ovaj put napravila gusto i nisam ga cijedila)

kako/
Izblendajte datulje, kakao, maca prah i vodu u homogenu smjesu, ulijte u čašu i po želji dodajte malo mlijeka indijskog oraščića.

što ako/
Kad radim za sebe, stavim 3 datulje ili 2 ako su jako velike jer ne podnosim baš da mi je piće jako slatko. Na suho ih mogu pojest i deset ali u tekućem obliku nema šanse. A moj dragi recimo baš voli da bude slatko. Pa prilagodite vlastitom ukusu. Što više datulja stavite, bit će kremastije i pudingastije, to je fora.

Inače rijetko koristim kakao u prehrani. Da nemam ovaj divni kakao iz Indonezije, radila bih ovaj napitak s rogačem. Napravite ga s rogačem! Živio rogač <3

date&cacao power shake

I got this wonderful raw cacao from Indonesia from my friends and it's so delicious that I got a bit into making chocolate things...


what/
3-5 fat dates (i love fat dates....)
2 dL water
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tsp maca powder
cashew milk (this time I made it very thick and didn't strain it)

how/
Blend the dates, cacao, maca powder and water into a homogeneous mixture, fill the cup with it and add some cashew milk if you want.

what if/
When I make it for myself, I use only 2-3 dates because I can't stand a very sweet drink, makes me want to puke (I love eating tons of dates, though). On the other hand, my boyfriend loves it when it's very sweet. So you should just adjust it according to your own taste. More dates make it really creamy and pudding-like texture, which is really cool.

also/
Usually I use cacao in my diet really rarely, and if I didn't have this heavenly cacao from Indonesia, I would make this drink with carob instead. Make yours with carob! Carob rocks <3
