puding od čokolade


što/
1 banana
1 šaka datulja
1 jušna žlica kakaa u prahu
malo vanilije u prahu
1/2 šalice vode
2 preko vrha pune jušne žlice chia sjemenki

kako/
Sve sastojke dobro izblendajte u blenderu, dok smjesa ne postane glatka. Izlijte u zdjelicu i ostavite da odstoji 15 minuta na sobnoj temperaturi i nakon toga pola sata u hladnjaku. Chia sjemenke će apsorbirati vodu, odnosno pustiti sluz i tako zgusnuti smjesu pa ćete dobiti pudingastu teksturu. Po želji ukrasite sezonskim voćem - ja sam ovaj put koristila trešnje i ribizle, a jabuke su isto dobra opcija.

što ako/
Ako nemate jaki blender, možete chia sjemenke samljeti u mlincu za kavu, a ostatak smjese izblendati štapnim mikserom pa umiješati mljevene chia sjemenke unutra.

chocolate pudding

what/
1 banana
1 handful of dates
1 tbsp cacao powder
a bit of ground vanilla
1/2 cup water
2 heaping tbsp chia seeds

how/
Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Pour the mixture into a bowl and let it sit at room temperature for 15 minutes, and for another half an hour in the fridge. Chia seeds will absorb the water and thicken the mixture, giving it a pudding-like consistency. If you want, you can decorate it with some seasonal fruits - I used cherries, redcurrant and blackcurrant. Apples fit in good as well.

what if/
If you don't have a high-speed blender, you can grind the chia sees with a coffee grinder, mix the rest of the ingredients with a stick blender and combine everything.
