palačinke sa zobenim pahuljicama


Najukusnije i najsočnije male debele palačinke koje sam ikad jela: veganske, bez glutena i plod potpune improvizacije.

što/
2 velike (pre)zrele banane, ili 3 male
1 šalica zobenih pahuljica
1/2 šalice rižinog brašna
1/2 šalice vode
prstohvat cimeta
prstohvat soli
prstohvat sode bikarbone

kako/
Sve sastojke izblendajte u blenderu u glatku smjesu. Izlijevajte smjesu na zagrijanu tavu u debelom sloju i pecite (po mogućnosti bez ulja, ili na sasvim malo kokosovog) na laganoj vatri, 1-2 minute sa svake strane. Ja sam ih prelila narezanim jagodama, goji bobicama i konopljinim sjemenkama u datuljinom sirupu (i jako preporučam da napravite našto slično:).

The tastiest and juiciest little fat pancakes that I ever ate also happen to be vegan, gluten-free and a product of a complete improvisation.

what/
2 large (over)ripe bananas, or 3 smaller ones
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 cup water
a pinch of cinnamon
a pinch of salt
a pinch of bicarbonate soda

how/
Blend all the ingredients into a smooth batter. Pour pour it onto a hot pan in a thick layer and bake on low heat (preferably with no oil, or with a few drops of coconut oil), 1-2 minutes on every side. I served them with strawberries, goji berries and hemp seeds in date syrup and it was delicious, i absolutely recommend it. Enjoy!
