pizza


nešto kao pizza! bez glutena, veganska i super fina. nisam mjerila koliko sam čega stavljala, ali otprilike: 1/2 čaše mljevenog amaranta, 1/2 čaše rižinog brašna, 1/2 čaše kukuruznog brašna, 1 jušna žlica psyllium ljuskica, 2 jušne žlice sjemenki lana, 3/4 - 1 čaša vode, 1-2 jušne žlice kokosovog ulja, prstohvat himalajske soli / pomiješajte brašna, amarant i i psyllium, dodajte ulje i lanene sjemenke koje ste prethodno namičili u vodi oko 20 minuta (skupa s tom vodom) i umijesite tijesto. ako je smjesa pregusta, dodajte još malo vode. ostavite tijesto da odstoji 15-ak minuta, pa ga utisnite na pleh za pečenje u što tanjem sloju. zapecite u pećnici 15-ak minuta na 190 °C, izvadite i stavite povrće na tijesto (ja sam koristila rajčicu, brokulu, šampinjone, tofu, i začinila s malo origana i himalajske soli). pecite još 5-10 minuta. uživajte u laganom i hranjivom obroku 🥗💚

/// something like a pizza! gluten-free, vegan, delicious. i didn't measure anything but it was more or less like this: 1/2 cup ground amaranth seeds, 1/2 cup rice flour, 1/2 cup corn flour, 1 tbsp psyllium husks, 2 tbsp flax seeds, 3/4 - 1 cup water, 1-2 tbsp coconut oil, a pinch of himalayan salt / mix the flours, amaranth and psyllium in a bowl, add the oil and flax seeds that you soaked in water for ~20 min and knead it into a dough (add some more water if needed). let it sit for 10-15 min and then press onto a baking tray to form a very thin crust. bake it on 190°C for ~15 minutes, take it out of the oven to put the toppings on (i used tomato pulp, broccoli, mushrooms, tofu and oregano) and bake for another 5-10 minutes. enjoy your light and nutritious meal :)
