1 mali prstohvat mljevene vanilije
5 jušnih žlica agavinog sirupa (odnosno prema ukusu)

kako/

chocolate rice pudding

I shared a simple recipe for rice chocolate cream a few years ago in a post about plant-based holiday feast [this one]. It is a treat that I most commonly make when there is some leftover rice that I'm not planning to use. Honestly, I just put some ingredients in a blender and it is never the same (sometimes it's more mousse-like, sometimes just creamy, sometimes it's like a pudding), but always delicious. This one that I made the other day left everyone who tried it so thrilled with the taste ans texture that I decided to dedicate a new post to it. Of course, i didn't measure (why does it happen just too often?), but here is my best approximation:

what/
1 cup cooked rice
3/4 cup rice milk
4 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp raw cacao powder
1/5 cup cacao mass
1 small pinch ground vanilla
5 tbsp agave nectar (or to your taste)

how/
Melt the cacao mass and coconut oil if needed; make sure that other ingredients are at least at the room temperature, because if they are too cold, they won't combine as nicely. Blend everything until very smooth and leave it in the fridge for a couple of hours to thicken.
