sirova "bajadera"


Malo prljave sirove dekadencije za ovo predblagdansko doba. Šećeri, ulja i osmijesi.

_svijetli sloj:
1/3 šalice sezama, 1/3 šalice oraha, 1/3 šalice kokosovog ulja ili kakao maslaca, 1/3 šalice svijetlog muscovado šećera.
Izblendajte sezam i orahe u glatku pastu, dodajte muscovado šećer i rastaljeno kokosovo ulje ili kakaov maslac i sve skupa dobro izblendajte. Ulijte smjesu u kalupe i stavite u hladnjak ili zamrzivač.

_tamni sloj:
1/3 šalice badema, 1/3 šalice lješnjaka, 1/3 šalice kokosovog ulja ili kakao maslaca, 1/3 šalice (tamnog) muscovado šećera, 3 velike žlice kakaa u prahu.
Izblendajte bademe i lješnjake u glatku pastu, dodajte kakao, muscovado šećer i rastaljeno kokosovo ulje ili kakaov maslac i sve skupa dobro izblendajte. Ulijte smjesu na (dovoljno stvrdnuti) prvi sloj i stavite u hladnjak da se stvrdne.

Some dirty decadent raw vegan treats for these holiday times. Sugars, oils and smiles. 

_layer1:
1/3 cup sesame seeds, 1/3 cup walnuts, 1/3 cup coconut oil or cacao butter, 1/3 cup light muscovado sugar.
Blend the sesame and walnuts into a smooth paste, add the muscovado sugar and melted oil and blend it well. Pour into praline-moulds and put in a freezer or fridge.

_layer2:
1/3 cup almonds, 1/3 cup hazelnuts, 1/3 cup coconut oil or cacao butter, 1/3 cup (dark) muscovado sugar, 3 big tbsp cacao powder.
Blend everything the same way as you did with the first layer and pour it on top of the first layer (that has thickened enough to handle it). Put it in the fridge to cool down and harden.
