večere

večera1 (za dečka): palenta od cijelog zrna zapečena u pećnici; špinat kuhan s lukom u domaćem mlijeku od suncokretovih sjemenki, "bolonjez" od smeđe leće, umak od suncokreta, limuna i češnjaka.
večera2 (za mene): nekuhana juha od shiitaka, mladog kelja i mladog graška s mlijekom od suncokretovih sjemenki 

///dinner1 (for my boyfriend): whole grain polenta sliced and baked in the oven, spinnach cooked with onions in homemade sunflower seed milk, brown lentil bolognese, sunflower&garlic sour dip.
dinner2 (for me): raw shiitake & young kale soup with young peas and sunflower seed milk
