keksi od lana i naranče


što/
1 šalica lanenih sjemenki
sok 2 naranče
1/2 šalice indijskih oraščića (po mogućnosti namočenih pa dehidriranih)
1 šalica sezama (namočenog)
1/2 šalice lješnjaka (po mogućnosti namočenih pa dehidriranih)
1/2 - 1 šalica datulja
1-2 jušne žlice datuljinog sirupa (opcija)
čokolada (opcija) = kakaov maslac + sirovi kakao

kako/
Lanene sjemenke namočite sat vremena u narančinom soku, da puste sluz. Dodajte namočene sezamove sjemenke i krupno mljevene ili samo narezane indijske oraščiće i lješnjake. Dobro promiješajte. Datulje narežite na sitno (ili izmiksajte u pastu) i također umiješajte u smjesu. Dobro je dodati i 1-2 žlice datuljinog sirupa ili meda, kako bi smjesa postala dovoljno ljepljiva i kako se kasnije keksi ne bi raspadali. Stavljajte smjesu žlicom na police dehidratora - sama će se formirati u obliku keksa. Dehidrirajte na 45°C oko 14 sati, odnosno dok ne budu suhi (ili kakve ih već volite).
Kada su gotovi, možete napraviti čokoladu {kakaov maslac : kakao = 1 : 1} i preliti kekse.

flax seed and orange cookies

what/
1 cup flax seeds
juice of 2 oranges
1/2 cup cashews (preferably soaked and then dehydrated)
1 cup sesame seeds (soaked)
1/2 cup hazelnuts (preferably soaked and then dehydrated)
1/2 - 1 cup dates
1-2 tbsp date syrup (optional)
chocolate (optional) = cacao butter and raw cacao powder

how/
Soak the flax seeds in orange juice for an hour. Add soaked sesame seeds and chopped or coarsely ground hazelnuts and cashews. Stir well. Cut the dates into tiny pieces or grind them into a paste and mix them inside as well. It is good to add 1-2 tbsp of date syrup or honey because it makes the mixture stickier and holds it together. Put the mixture on dehydrator shelves (just grab it with a spoon and pour it and it will form a cookie shape with no effort) and dehydrate on 45°C for 14 hours, or until dry//as desired. When they are done, you can dip them into melted homemade chocolate (cacao butter : raw cacao powder = 1 : 1 and that's it).
