Spelt flour vegan doughnuts >>>>>>
I had to make an experiment and see if this idea would work in practice. Although I'm not a fan of doughnuts in general (not used to eating fried dough :D), I was way too curious not to try making them in a spelt flour vegan version, following an improvised "recipe" that i had just came up with. Turned out so tasty and soft <3 I will write a recipe once I measure everything. Cheers, živili!
