Tikvicu narežite na rezance pomoću gulilice za povrće ili spiralizatora (kupila sam spiralizator, super je, zabava i veselje). Stavite u blender bananu, češnjak, pola mladog luka i polovicu šparoga (ja sam donje, žilavije polovice stavila u blender, a gornje sam ostavila sa strane jer su mekane i sočne za žvakanje). Dodajte malo himalajske soli ili sušenog lista celera i oko 1/4 čaše vode i izblendajte u glatki umak. Ostatak šparoga i mladog luka narežite na komadiće i ubacite u umak. Prelijte umakom špagete od tikvice i malo izmiješajte.

spaghetti with asparagus sauce

1 medium/large zucchini
7 big fat asparagus
1 banana
1 small garlic clove
1 green onion
a pinch of himalayan salt / some dried ground celery leaves
1/4 cup water
how/
Make zucchini noodles using a simple vegetable peeler or a spiralizer if you have one (I just bought one and it's super fun). Put the banana, garlic, half a green onion and half of the asparagus (I used lower halves for the sauce because they are chewy, and left the tops aside) in a blender and add some water and salt/celery. Blend until smooth. Chop the rest of the asparagus and green onion and add them to the sauce. Pour the sauce over your zucchini spaghetti and mix a bit with your hands/a fork.
