braised yuba with vegetables

You can find the FULL RECIPE for this braised yuba (tofu skins) with vegetables on my new blog, Sunberry Jam.

Braised yuba (tofu skins) with shiitake and green beans. You can find a simple recipe for homemade yuba in this post, and this dish was super simple too: just soak dried yuba in water and shoyu mixture overnight, braise them until tender, add shiitake and green beans (you can stir-fry them on a separate pan for a deeper flavour, or just add them raw), cook for one more minute and add some water with shoyu and tapioca starch to make the sauce.

Tijesto sam razvaljala jako tanko, premazala s mrvicu maslinovog ulja i sojinim jogurtom umjesto sira, posipala malo suhog delikatesnog kvasca, dodala shiitake i crvenu kapulu koje sam prethodno pomiješala s malo soli i mrvicu maslinovog ulja.

/// I had some leftover spelt flour dough from making food for a party, so i used it up to make this pizza - rolled it out really thin, spread some olive oil (just for taste, you can skip) and soy yogurt instead of cheese, sprinkled some nutritional yeast, added shiitake and red onions mixed with some salt and just a bit of olive oil and baked on 250 °C until it was done. Maybe 10-15 min, not sure. Loved the combination and how it turned out
