100 g mekanog (kremastog) tofua*
70 g indijskih oraščića
150 g rižinog mlijeka
60 g kakaove mase**
30 g kokosovog ulja
60 g kokosovog šećera
*Neće svaki tofu biti dobar za ovaj desert. Za potpuno kremastu i prozračnu teksturu trebalo bi koristiti baš kremasti tofu, ali ako ga ne možete naći, možete upotrijebiti i tvrdi pod uvjetom da ima glatku teksturu i da nema jaki okus sojinih zrna. Većina tofua dostupnog u supermarketima imat će grubu teksturu i jaki okus, pa pokušajte naći domaći tofu od manjih proizvođača.
**Ako ne možete nabaviti kakaovu masu, možete upotrijebiti oko 40 g kakaovog maslaca i 20-30 g kakaa u prahu

Rastalite kakaovu masu i kokosovo ulje na pari. Za to vrijeme u blenderu dobro izblendajte ostale sastojke. Ulijte rastaljenu kakaovu masu i kokosovo ulje u blender i blendajte na najvećoj brzini dok ne dobijete sasvim glatku i pomalo mjehuričastu kremu. Izlijte kremu u posudice i stavite u hladnjak na nekoliko sati da se stisne.

100 g silken tofu*
70 g cashews
150 ml rice milk
60 g cacao mass**
30 g coconut oil
60 g coconut blossom sugar

Melt the cacao mass and coconut oil on a double boiler. Meanwhile, blend the other ingredients in a high-speed blender until you get a smooth texture. Pour the cacao mass and coconut oil mixture into the blender and blend everything on maximum speed until you get very smooth and somewhat bubbly cream. Pour it into small jars and put in a fridge for a couple of hours to get firm. Enjoy this decadent deliciousness that melts in your mouth and tastes better than any refined sugar and animal food-based dessert that you ever tried. Yes yes yes. :)
*Not every tofu will be good for this dessert. You can use regular tofu if its texture is smooth enough and if it doesn't taste like soybeans.
**If you cannot get cacao mass, you can substitute it with around 40 g cacao butter and 20-30 g cacao powder
