keksi od kikirikija


što/
3/4 šalice maslaca od kikirikija bez dodataka
1/3 šalice lanenih sjemenki
3/4 šalice zobenog mlijeka
1/2 šalice tapioka škroba
1/2 šalice šećera kokosovog cvijeta
3 jušne žlice datuljinog sirupa
1 prstohvat sode bikarbone
1 prstohvat himalajske soli

kako/
Sameljite lanene sjemenke i pomiješajte ih sa zobenim mlijekom. Ostavite da odstoji oko pet minuta, dok se ne zgusne. Dodajte sve ostale sastojke i dobro promiješajte kako biste dobili homogenu smjesu. Grabite smjesu žlicom i oblikujte kekse na plehu za pečenje. Pecite 15 minuta na 180 °C.

3/4 cup natural peanut butter
1/3 cup flax seeds
3/4 cup oat milk
1/2 cup tapioca starch
1/2 cup coconut blossom sugar
3 tbsp date syrup
1 pinch baking soda
1 pinch himalayan salt

how/
Grind the flax seeds and mix them with oat milk. Let them sit for five minutes. Add all the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and mix to combine. Scoop the batter with a spoon and form cookies on a baking tray. Bake on 180 °C for 15 minutes.
