ay como me encanta esta comida

butternut tikva
avokado
mango
cherry rajčice
list/stabljika celera
limun
malo himalajske soli

kako/
Narežite butternut tikvu na tanke šnite. Avokado, mango, rajčice i celer narežite na što sitnije komadiće, dodajte limunov sok i malo himalajske soli i pomiješajte. Rasporedite mješavinu na komade tikve i uživajte!

One dijelove tikve koje zbog njezinog oblika i koštica u donjoj polovici nećete uspjeti iskoristiti za ovo jelo, možete narezati i upotrijebiti u nekoj salati ili soku.

butternut squash
avocado
mango
cherry tomatoes
celery leaves/stem
lemon juice
himalayan salt

how/
Cut the squash into thin pieces. Chop the avocado, mango, tomatoes and celery into small pieces and mix them together with lemon juice and a little bit of himalayan salt. Put the mixture on butternut squash pieces and enjoy! 

also/
You probably won't be able to use the whole squash for this dish because of its curvy shape and seeds in its lower half. What's left can be used in some nice salad or juice.
