smokva naranča đumbir

što/
1 šalica suhih smokava
1 šalica grožđica
1 šalica integralnog sezama
1/3 šalice suncokretovih sjemenki
1/3 šalice oraha
1/3 šalice ribanog kokosa ili kokosovog brašna (opcija)
oko 2 cm gomolja đumbira
sok 1 naranče
1/2 šalice mljevenog rogača

kako/
U zdjelu stavite sve sastojke osim kokosa (orašaste plodove možete samljeti ovako) i izmiksajte štapnim mikserom. Ako imate jaki blender onda super, možete samo pobacati unutra namočene orašaste plodove, cijele smokve, grožđice i đumbir i dodati narančinog soka do željene gustoće.

[ENGLISH]

fig-orange-ginger bars

what/
1 cup dried figs
1 cup raisins
1 cup unhulled sesame seeds
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
1/3 cup walnuts
1/3 cup grated coconut or coconut flour (optional)
around 2 cm of a ginger rhizome (i mean ''root'')
juice of 1 orange
1/2 cup ground carob

how/
Soak all the seeds for 8 hours. If you don't have a strong blender and/or are using a stick mixer, cut the dry figs into smaller pieces and put them in a bowl together with the raisins and orange juice. The amount of juice should be just enough for the dry fruits to re-hydrate, so they should not be swimming in it. Leave them for a few hours to soak. Grate the ginger. Put all the ingredients except from coconut in a bowl (you can grind the nuts like this) and mix with a stick blender. If you have a strong blender, good for you, then you can just put all the soaked seeds inside and add whole figs, raisins and ginger and some orange juice until the texture is good. If the mixture seems a bit too soft, you can add some coconut flour and mix it in. When it's done, spread it on a flat surface and flatten the top with hands or kitchen roller. Leave it in a fridge for a bit, just to get a bit harder, it will be easier to cut. Then cut in slices and enjoy!
