što/
1/2 čaše sezama
1/2 čaše badema
1 čaša heljde
1 čaša datulja (ili suhih murvi ili grožđica)
2-3 jabuke
1/2 čajne žličice cimeta
maslac od kikirikija
kako/
Naribajte jabuke, dobro ih ocijedite (i popijte sok) i pomiješajte s cimetom.

[ENGLISH]
apple, cinnamon and peanut butter cups
what/
1/2 cup sesame
1/2 cup almonds
1 cup buckwheat
1 cup dates (or dried mulberries or raisins)
2-3 apples
1/2 tsp cinnamon
peanut butter
how/
Blend the almonds, sesame, buckwheat (everything should be soaked) and dates into a homogeneous mixture. Spread the mixture into small cupcake molds but leave some to cover the filling. Grate the apples and strain them well (and drink the delicious juice). Mix them with cinnamon and fill the cups with this mixture to the middle; then add peanut butter on top of that and cover the filling with the rest of the nut and buckwheat mixture. Place in a freezer for an hour or until the cups are hard enough to be taken out of the molds.
also/
If you made a pure peanut butter or bought some bio eko organic 100% peanut butter, mix some himalayan salt and honey or dates into it before filing the cups with it.
If you don't use peanuts, you can replace peanut butter with sunflower seed butter or tahini.
what if/
You can do it with any blender... link.
