štangice od jabuke


Genijalno. Savršena terenska grickalica numero 3.
Inspirirano Marininim super receptom za knedlice [ovim tu].
Obožavam ih jer u njima nema masnoća niti žitarica. I nisu nenormalno slatke kao pločice od datulja.

a što/
dehidrirane jabuke (ne skroz suhe nego onako malo mlohave)
grožđice (ne previše da ne bude pre slatko)
narančina kora
limunova kora
cejlonski cimet

kako/
Sve izblendati multipraktku ili jačem blenderu, posložiti na ravnu podlogu i narezati. Mmm. Možete ih i uvaljati u sitno kokosovo brašno da ne budu ljepljive, ali meni nije bilo potrebno (ok, nisam imala kokosovog brašna).

Perfect snacks for fieldwork!
I love them because they are fat-free and grain-free.

what/
dehydrated apples (not too dry, leave them a bit moist)
raisins (not too much, it may be too sweet)
orange zest
lemon zest
ceylon cinnamon

how/
Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender or a food processor, spread the mixture on a flat surface and cut into bars. You can cover them with fine coconut flour to avoid stickiness, but it is not necessary.
