Malo sam poludila za rezancima od povrća u zadnje vrijeme, a i topla hrana mi nije strana pa evo još jedne lagano kuhane s rezancima...

1 srednja tikvica
1 srednji batat
1 velika mrkva
2 jušne žlice sezamovih sjemenki
6 polovica sušenih rajčica
8 srednjih shiitaka
150 g jablanovača
2 velika češnja češnjaka
malo soja sosa
malo suhog delikatesnog kvasca
kako/
Tikvicu, batat i mrkvu narežite na tanke rezance pomoću gulilice za povrće ili spiralizatora. Ostavite sredinu tikvice i mrkve, ubacite u blender zajedno s 2 žlice sezamovih sjemenki, malo delikatesnog kvasca i vode i dobro izblendajte. Rezance od batata i mrkve, narezani češnjak i narezane polovice sušenih rajčica stavite u ~700 ml vode i stavite na štednjak. Čim počne malo ključati, maknite s vatre (po želji pričekajte kratko da se ohladi) i ubacite unutra narezane gljive i rezance od tikvice. Dodajte umak koji ste pripremili u blenderu i malo soja sosa.
što ako/
Ovo se može pripremiti i bez kuhanja, samo prelijete sve zagrijanom vodom. Meni u zadnje vrijeme paše da si mrvicu skuham batat, mrkvu i češnjak, ali sigurno nekome više odgovara da je sve sirovo, pa si prilagodite.

1 medium zucchini
1 medium sweet potato
1 large carrot
2 tbsp sesame seeds
6 dried tomato halves
8 shiitake mushrooms
150 g poplar mushrooms (Agrocybe)
2 big garlic cloves
a bit of soy sauce
a bit of nutritional yeast
how/
Make vegetable noodles from zucchini, carrot and sweet potato using a vegetable peeler or a vegetable spiralizer. Leave the middle part of the zucchini and carrot - put them in a blender with a bit of water, sesame seeds and some nutritional yeast. Blend it well.
Put the sweet potato and carrot noodles, chopped garlic and tomato halves in ~700 ml of water and heat it on the stove. As soon as it starts to boil a bit, remove it from the stove and add the mushrooms and zucchini noodles. Add the sauce that you made in a blender and a bit of soy sauce.
what if/
This stew can be made without cooking as well, just heat some water and pour over all the ingredients. I prefer a bit of very lightly cooked sweet potato and carrot lately. Someone will prefer it completely raw, make it however is best for you.
