torta s kremom od naranče


Odlučila sam da neću više stavljati toliko recepata koji uključuju puno orašastih plodova budući da ni sama ne jedem tako (jedem više manje voće i povrće, puno ugljikohidrata i što manje masti), ali evo vam još jedna masna ali slasna, kad je već tako fina. Ok je omastit brk povremeno!

što/

[podloga]
2/3 šalice datulja
1 šalica lješnjaka (namočenih 8 sati)
4 jušne žlice kakaa u prahu
malo vanilije u prahu
sitno kokosovo brašno - po potrebi

[krema]
1 i 1/2 šalica indijskih oraščića (po mogućnosti namočenih)
2 cijele naranče (s korom)
1 mali limun (s korom)
1/2 šalice datulja ili 2-3 jušne žlice datuljinog sirupa

kako/
Izblendajte lješnjake, 2/3 šalice datulja, kakao, i vaniliju u homogenu masu, i ako vam se čini premekano, dodajte kokosovog brašna i umijesite rukama. Smjesu utisnite u kalup za torte.
Zatim izblendajte u blenderu indijske oraščiće, naranče, limun i datulje, i po potrebi dodajte vode kako bi se smjesa što bolje izblendala i postala kremasta. Rasporedite kremu po podlozi i stavite tortu na nekoliko sati u zamrzivač kako bi ju bilo moguće narezati.

orange cream cake

I am trying to post less and less recipes with a lot of nuts and replace them with less fatty solutions, but it is OK to enjoy a mighty and delicious dessert like this one every once in a while. 

what/

[base]
2/3 cup dates
1 cup hazelnuts (soaked in water for 8 hours)
4 tbsp cacao powder
a pinch of vanilla powder
fine coconut flour if needed

[cream]
1 + 1/2 cup cashews (preferably soaked)
2 whole oranges (with peel)
1 small lemon (with peel)
1/2 cup dates or 2-3 tbsp date syrup

how/
Combine hazelnuts with cacao, vanilla and 2/3 cup dates in  food processor or a blender. If the mixture seems too soft, add some coconut flour and mix it in with your hands, as if you were making a dough. Spread the mixture in a cake mold. For the cream, just blend all the ingredients (and if needed, add some water) until smooth and creamy. Spread it on top f the base layer and put the cake in a freezer for a few hours, until it thickens enough to be easily sliced.
