tortilje od rajčice

{za 6 tortilja}

3-4 datulje
prstohvat himalajske soli
prstohvat kurkume
prstohvat harisse / kajenskog papra / crvene paprike u prahu (opcija)

kako/

tomato tortillas

{for 6 tortillas}

what/
6-7 tomatoes
2-3 tbsp soaked chia seeds (soak them for half an hour, until they absorb water)
3-4 dates
pinch of himalayan salt
pinch of ground turmeric
pinch of harissa / cayenne pepper / ground red pepper (optional)

how/
Blend all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. It should be as smooth as possible. Spread the mixture on dehydrator shelves in a 0.5 cm thick layer. Dehydrate at 42 °C for 9 hours or until dry. I filled them with seasonal young greens and cucumbers and it was delicious, but there are so many more combinations to try - mushrooms, avocado, fermented cashew cheese, anything sounds good...

what if/
You can use an oven to dehydrate the tortillas, just put it on 50 °C and leave the door a bit open (and if you have ventilation in the oven, turn it on). I guess the sun can be an option in the summer in some climate, I didn't try. If you did, you can let me know about the results!
