namaz s medvjeđim lukom


Sretan vam početak proljeća! 
U to ime, evo jednog jednostavnog recepta...

što/
1 šalica suncokretovih sjemenki (namočenih preko noći)
1/2 šalice sezama (namočenog preko noći)
2 velike šake listova medvjeđeg luka
sok 1 limuna
veliki prstohvat himalajske soli
malo vode (po želji/potrebi)

kako/
Sve sastojke izblendajte u više ili manje homogenu smjesu. I... to je to. Ja sam jela namaz uz dehidrirane krekere od mrkve, lana i chia sjemenki (neka varijacija na [ove] recepte).

raw wild garlic "pesto"

Amazingly simple and delicious recipe for everyone who lives in a climate where wild garlic grows in the spring. If you are not that lucky:), you can just make it with green onions or regular garlic.

what/
1 cup sunflower seeds (soaked overnight)
1/2 cup sesame seeds (soaked overnight)
2 big handfuls wild garlic
juice of 1 lemon
big pinch of himalayan salt
some water (if needed/desired)

how/
Blend all the ingredients until they combine and...that's it!
I ate the dip/spread/pesto with dehydrated carrot-chia-flaxseed crackers, made as a variation to [these] recipes.
