brownie od kestena



 što/

1 šalica kesten pirea* 

1/2 šalice mljevenih badema 

20 g kakaa u prahu

75 g kakaove mase

50 g kokosovog ulja

90 g sirupa agave

1 prstohvat himalajske soli

1 prstohvat sode bikarbone


*kesten pire možete napraviti prema ovom receptu, ili jednostavno skuhati kestene 25-30 minuta u vodi, oguliti i izblendati u sjeckalici sa malo zobenog mlijeka (samo onoliko koliko je potrebno da se lakše izblenda)


kako/

Pomiješajte kesten pire s rastaljenom kakao masom, kokosovim uljem i sirupom agave. Dodajte mljevene bademe, kakao prah, sol i sodu. Dobro promiješajte i prebacite smjesu u kalup za pečenje (ja sam koristila 20×20 cm). Pecite 45-50 minuta na 180 °C. Prije rezanja ostavite da se (barem malo) ohladi.

what/

1 cup chestnut puree*

1/2 cup ground almonds

20 g cacao powder

75 g cacao mass

50 g coconut oil

90 g agave syrup

1 pinch himalayan salt

1 pinch bicarbonate of soda


* you can make it by boiling chestnuts in water for 25-30 minutes, removing the skins and blending them in a food processor with just a little bit of oat milk


how/

Mix chestnut puree with melted cacao mass, coconut oil and agave syrup. Add the almond meal, cacao powder, salt and baking soda and mix everything well. Transfer the batter into a cake mould (I used 20×20 cm) and bake on 180 °C for 45-50 minutes. Let the cake cool down (at least a bit) before cutting.
