čokoladni mafini


što/
1 šalica pirovog brašna od cijelog zrna
1 šalica kukuruznog brašna
1 šalica suhih datulja
1 i 3/4 šalice vode
1 jušna žlica mljevenih chia sjemenki
1 jušna žlica kokosovog ulja (opcija)
1 čajna žličica sode bikarbone
prstohvat (himalajske) soli
1/3 šalice kakaa u prahu

kako/
Datulje i vodu izblendajte u glatku pastu. Dodajte kokosovo ulje (ako koristite) i  nastavite blendati. Sve suhe sastojke pomiješajte u zdjeli, pa im dodajte pastu od datulja i sve skupa izmiješajte pjenjačom ili mikserom (ako imate blender koji bez problema podnosi toliku težinu, možete i sve u blenderu napraviti). Smjesu izlijte u kalupe za mafine i pecite 20 minuta na 180 °C.

what/
1 cup whole grain spelt flour
1 cup corn flour
1 cup dried dates
1+3/4 cups water
1 tbsp ground chia seeds
1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
1 tsp bicarbonate soda
a pinch of (himalayan) salt
1/3 cup cacao powder

how/
Blend the dates and water into a smooth paste. Add some coconut oil (if you are using it) and continue blending. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and add the date paste. Mix everything well with a whisk or a mixer (if you can do it in a blender, even better). Pour the batter into cupcake moulds and bake for 20 minutes at 180 °C.
