sirovi krekeri vol.3


što/
100 g chia sjemenki (+ 700 mL vode)
100 g smeđih lanenih sjemenki (+ 200 mL vode)
1 kg mrkve
100-200 g sezama
~15 g himalajske soli (oko 2-3 veća prstohvata), odnosno po ukusu

kako/
Namočite chia sjemenke i lan u vodi oko 30 minuta, a kada apsorbiraju vodu, pomiješajte ih. Mrkvu narežite na komade i izblendajte u blenderu ili multipraktiku u što glađu pastu. U zdjelu sa sjemenkama dodajte pastu od mrkve, sezam (poželjno ga je namočiti oko 6 sati, a možete ga i samljeti - u tom slučaju možete u smjesu dodati još ~ 100 mL vode) i sol, dobro promiješajte i izlijte smjesu na police dehidratora ili na protvan za pećnicu. "Izrežite" krekere, odnosno utisnite smjesu tupim nožem (činit će se da niste učinili ništa, ali dehidrirana smjesa će popucati na tim mjestima i dobit ćete već izrezane krekere). Dehidrirajte na 42°C oko 20-24 h, ili sušite u (ventiliranoj) pećnici na što nižoj temperaturi (ispod 100°C svakako).

a ovi od cikle?/
Sve isto, samo umjesto mrkve i sezama dodajete {0,5 kg cikle + 200 g suncokretovih sjemenki + glavicu luka} izblendano u glatku pastu.

što ako/
Prilagodite količine sastojaka prema vlastitoj potrebi. Ova količina sastojaka dovoljna je za popuniti 2-3 police dehidratora, ovisno koliko debele krekere želite. Od toga ispadne oko 100-150 krekera.

what/
100 g chia seeds (+700 mL water)
100 g brown flax seeds (+ 200 mL water)
1 kg carrots
100-200 g sesame seeds
~15 g himalayan salt (2-3 large pinches), or to taste

how/
Soak chia and flax seeds in water for 30 minutes and mix them in a bowl. Blend the carrots into a smooth paste. Add the carrot paste and sesame seeds (preferably soaked in water for 6 hours and drained) into a bowl with chia and flax seeds, add some salt and mix it all well. Pour the mixture onto dehydrator shelves or a baking tray and "cut" it into square shapes (it can seem as if you did nothing, but as the mixture dries, it will get thinner and crack on those places and you will get separate crackers when it's completely dry). Dehydrate it for 20-24 h on 42 °C, or dry it in an (ventilated) oven on low heat (less than 100 °C; the lower the better). 

and the ones with beetroot?/
Do all the same, just instead of carrots and sesame seeds, add {0,5 kg beetroot + 200 g sunflower seeds + 1 onion} blended into a smooth paste.

what if/
Adjust the amounts of everything according to your needs. With these amounts of ingredients, you will get 2-3 dehydrator sheets, or 100-150 crackers (depending on how thick or thin you like them).
