kolač s makom i cimetom


što/
1/2 šalice maka
1 jušna žlica chia sjemenki
1 šalica suhih datulja
1 zrela banana
1 i 1/2 šalica vode
1 jušna žlica kokosovog ulja
1 čajna žličica cejlonskog cimeta
1 čajna žličica sode bikarbone
prstohvat soli
+
1 šalica pirovog brašna

kako/
Sve sastojke osim brašna ubacite u blender i izblendajte u glatku smjesu. Po potrebi dodajte još malo vode. Smjesu prebacite u posudu i dodajte brašno, pa izmiješajte smjesu pjenjačom, žlicom ili mikserom (možda će neki jači blenderi moći i sve skupa miješati, ali moj je bio odustao pa sam morala ovako). Smjesa bi trebala biti kremaste konzistencije - da nije potpuno tekuća, ali da se može izliti u kalup uz pomoć žlice. Ako vam se čini da je smjesa pretekuća, umiješajte još malo brašna, a ako je pregusta, dodajte vode. Izlijte smjesu u kalup, poravnajte žlicom i pecite na oko 45 minuta 180 °C.

što ako/
Umjesto jednog dijela vode može se koristiti i biljni jogurt (moguće ga je napraviti fermentacijom biljnog mlijeka pomoću vodenih kefirnih zrnaca, [ovako]). Ovaj kolač je bio smišljen, pripremljen i stavljen u pećnicu u ukupno 6 minuta, tako da nije bilo vremena za jogurt, ali vjerujte mi na riječ i probajte.:)

what/
1/2 cup poppy seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup dried dates
1 ripe banana
1 + 1/2 cup water
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp ceylon cinnamon
1 tsb bicarbonate soda
pinch of salt

1 cup spelt flour

how/
Put all the ingredients except flour into a blender and blend until smooth. If needed, add some more water. Pour the mixture into a bowl and mix the flour in (it would be ideal to do it in the blender but mine gave up because the mixture was too heavy, so i did it with a regular mixer, the one for cakes...). The batter should have a creamy consistency - it shouldn't be too liquid, but you should be able to pour it slowly. If it seems too thin, add some more flour, and in case it is too thick, add some more water. Pour the batter into a cake mould and bake it for around 45 minutes on 180 °C.

what if/
It would be nice to replace half the amount of water with vegan yogurt (you can easily make one by fermenting some plant milk, for example [this way]). This cake was made up, mixed and put into the oven in 6 minutes altogether so there wasn't enough time for making yogurt this time, but trust my word and try it.:)
