salata s krumpirom i rotkvicama


Salata s krumpirom, rotkvicama i umakom od naranče i korijandera

što/
(za 2 porcije)
3 srednja krumpira, kuhana i narezana na ploške (volumno ispadne oko 1 i pol šalica)
3/4 šalice narezanih rotkvica
1 velika šaka listova rotkvice
1 manja glavica salate
1 mladi češnjak
1 šaka bučinih sjemenki
1-2 žlice bučinog ulja (opcija)
1 naranča
1 i 1/2 jušna žlica senfa
1 jušna šlica javorovog sirupa
1 šaka svježih listova korijandera (ako ne volite ili nemate svježi korijander, može i list peršina)
2 prstohvata himalajske soli

kako/
Stavite u blender senf, javorov sirup, sok jedne naranče, korijander i himalajsku sol i izblendajte u umak. Narežite svo povrće i krumpir. Stavite u zdjelu, prelijte umakom i dodajte bučine sjemenke i malo bučinog ulja. Dobar tek!

salad with potatoes, turnips and orange&cilantro dressing

what/
(for two portions)
3 middle-sized potatoes, cooked and sliced (about 1 + 1/2 cup of slices)
3/4 cup sliced red turnips
1 big handful turnip leaves
1 small lettuce head
1 young garlic with leaves
1 handful pumpkin seeds
1-2 tbsp pumpkin seed oil (optional)
1 orange
1 + 1/2 tbs mustard
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 handful fresh coriander leaves (if you don't like them, you can substitute with parsley)
2 pinches Himalayan salt

how/
Put the mustard, maple syrup, orange juice, coriander leaves and salt into a blender and blend into a sauce. Slice all the vegetables and potatoes. Put them in a bowl, pour the dressing over and add the pumpkin sewds and some pumpkin seed oil. Bon appétit!
