Tofu "fish" with garlic sprouts and young peas. Inspired by all the vietnamese "quán chay" places that we've been to, where they make the yummiest and creepiest tofu-based fake meat and fish (these ones were not creepy heheh, just tasted like seafood)...
I just wrap damp soft tofu pieces in nori algae sheets, dust with some tapioca starch and "fry" on a pan oiled with a tbsp of coconut oil.
