cupcakes od badema i šumskog voća

što/
(za 12 komada)
2/3 šalice mljevenih badema
2/3 šalice mljevenih zobenih pahuljica
2/3 šalice pirovog brašna
2/3 šalice zobenog mlijeka
1 jušna žlica jabučnog octa
1/3 šalice maslaca od badema
1/3 šalice sirupa od datulja
1 prstohvat himalajske soli 
1 prstohvat sode bikarbone
1 pratohvat mljevene vanilije
1 jušna žlica mljevenih chia sjemenki
1 jušna žlica mljevenih sjemenki lana
2/3 šalice (zamrznutog) bobičastog voća

kako/
U jednoj zdjeli pomiješajte zobeno mlijeko, sirup od datulja, maslac od badema, lan, chia sjemenke i ocat. Ostatak suhih sastojaka pomiješajte u drugoj posudi. Ulijte tekuće sastojke u zdjelu sa suhima i sve skupa dobro pomiješajte pjenjačom. Dodajte bobičasto voće i promiješajte. Rasporedite smjesu u 12 kalupa za muffine i pecite 25 minuta na 180 °C.

almond and berry cupcakes

what/
(for 12 cupcakes)
2/3 cup ground almonds
2/3 cup ground oat flakes
2/3 cup spelt flour
2/3 cup oat milk
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup almond butter 
1/3 cup date syrup
1 pinch himalayan salt
1 pinch bicarbonate of soda 
1 pinch ground vanilla
1 tbsp ground chia seeds
1 tbsp ground flax seeds
2/3 cup frozen berries


how/
Pour the oat milk into a bowl. Add date syrup, almond butter, flax, chia and vinegar and whisk to combine. Mix all the remaining dry ingredients in another bowl. Combine them with the liquid ingredients and whisk to get a smooth batter. Add the frozen berries and mix them in. Pour the batter into 12 cupcake moulds and bake on 180 °C for 25 minutes.
