kocke s limetom i mentom

što/
1 čaša {lješnjaka + oraha + badema}
1 čaša heljde
1 čaša grožđica
1/2 čaše kakaa u prahu
2 velike žlice rogača u prahu
1 i 1/2 avokada
2 banane
sok 2 limete
šaka listova svježe mente

kako/
Orašaste plodove i heljdu namočite 8 sati u vodi s malo limuna. Bacite vodu od namakanja, isperite sjemenke i stavite u blender. Dodajte grožđice (namočene 1-2 h u malo vode) zajedno s vodom od njihovog namakanja, kakao i rogač. Dobro izmiksajte i utisnite smjesu na tanjur ili u kalup za kolače. Stavite u zamrzivač ili hladnjak.
U blender stavite avokado, banane, mentu i sok limete i miksajte dok ne dobijete homogenu smjesu. Ova smjesa je malo mekša pa ako nemate kalup za kolače, možete ju staviti na 20-ak minuta u frizer i tek onda rasporediti po donjem sloju. Ako koristite kalup za kolače, samo razmažite kremu od limete po donjem sloju, posipajte malo kakaa u prahu po kolaču i stavite u zamrzivač na 45 minuta kako bi ga bilo lakše rezati.

lime and mint cubes

what/
1 cup {hazelnuts + walnuts + almonds}
1 cup buckwheat
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup powdered cacao
2 big tablespoons ground carob
1+1/2 avocados
2 bananas
juice of 2 limes
handful of fresh mint leaves

how/
Soak the nuts and buckwheat for 8 hours as described here. Strain and wash them and put them in a blender. Add raisins (previously soaked for 1-2 hours in a little bit of water) together with the water they were soaked in, cacao and carob. Blend well and press the mixture inside a cake mold or on a plate. Put in a fridge or freezer. 
Put the avocado, bananas, lime juice and mint in a blender, blend until the mixture looks homogeneous and spread it on top of the first layer. If you are using a plate instead of a cake mold, you should put the lime cream in the freezer for 20 minutes before spreading it because otherwise it will be quite soft. After spreading the lime cream, sprinkle some cacao powder on top of it and place the cake in the freezer for 45 minutes before cutting in slices.
