spontani smućko

što/
150 mL vodenog kefira od naranče (link uskoro)
100-150 mL mlijeka od badema i sezama
sok jedne velike naranče
sok jedne velike mandarine
1 banana
1 mala jabuka
1 roza guava (vjerojatno ju nemate ali bit će fino i bez)
kriška đumbira

kako/
Staviti sve sastojke u blender i dobro izmiksati.

i još/
Cimerica i ja smo za zadnje mlijeko koristile i gorke bademe, koji su mu dodali prekrasnu aromu (kao i ovom smućku). Oni su dosta jaki pa ako je netko osjetljiv, slatki bademi su uvijek sigurna varijanta. Ako ipak odlučite koristiti gorke bademe (uz slatke bademe i sezam), bit će vam dovoljna manja šaka istih na litru mlijeka.

100-150 mL almond and sesame milk
juice of 1 big orange
juice of 1 big tangerine
1 banana
1 small apple
1 pink guava (which you probably don't have but it will be delicious anyway)
a slice of ginger

how/
Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix well.

also/
This time, for making the ''milk'', we used some bitter almonds as well. The added a really nice aroma and made this smoothie even more delicious. But for some people they might be too strong, so you might just want to stick to the sweet ones. If you decide to use the bitter almonds (together with sweet almonds and sesame seeds), don't use more than a small handful for a liter of milk.
